Shipping & Delivery

Your order will normally be processed within 24 hours after the order is registered. Normal delivery time will be between 2-10 working days, depending on where in the country you live and whether the item is in our warehouse or external warehouse. We reserve the right to a slightly longer delivery time if the item is out of stock. Items that are not picked up, or refused receipt will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This amount is set at NOK 1000.- for roof tents and 350.- for smaller items.

You have the right to exchange all items purchased through us. The customer covers the shipping costs associated with the return. 

We send new item free of charge. Any remaining amount (when exchanging for a cheaper item) or if you want the money back, will be transferred to the account number on the card used in the transaction. Exchange rights are 14 days or 14 January for goods purchased in December. 

How do I return the item? To exercise the right of withdrawal, we must be notified before the deadline expires – 14 days. It is assumed that the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased. In the event of deterioration or damage due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the consumer, the right of withdrawal will not be enforceable. Custom items are not returned. The item is returned completely in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and it is encouraged to use a shipment form that provides the opportunity for package tracking, as well as compensation if the item should be damaged or lost during shipment. The return cost is borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 15 first paragraph). 

Complaints are made in the event of defects or defects in the item. We take the return costs for complaints. All items are checked for defects before they are packed and sent to the customer. If damage occurs during shipping, and there is visible damage to the packaging, sign for received goods only with reservations. Get in touch so that we can sort out the situation. 

Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the opportunity to regret goods or services by distance selling or outside a fixed point of sale. 

You do not have to explain to the seller why you want to leave the purchase agreement, you can calmly examine the item to make up your mind if you want to keep the item. You have the right to withdraw for 14 days. 

Even if you do not have the right to withdraw after the expiry of the withdrawal period, you of course have the right to complain about the product or service if it has errors or omissions. If you do not pick up the package and otherwise remain completely passive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been picked up. You will then not have fulfilled the requirements set for you in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act §11 and §13 and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. You will then be charged with shipping costs round trip and a large fee of NOK 350 for processing the case. 

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase in the event of any errors on the site such as price, product info etc.
